Emily Mitchell founded Emily Mitchell Law, PLLC to give clients a voice as they navigate complex legal matters. Dedicated and client-focused, she is a fierce courtroom advocate and experienced in resolving many cases before they even reach a courtroom.
She first came to Houston to study at the University of Houston to receive her undergraduate degrees in psychology in political science.
She later went to law school at South Texas College of Law Houston, where she earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence. In law school, Emily served as Articles Editor of the South Texas Law Review. She was also a member of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA).
